This positive, empowering self-hypnosis CD has quickly become a favourite of mine! I've sometimes had difficulty finding a voice on a guided CD that I'm comfortable with, but this recording combines the most soothing and uplifting voice!

With a backdrop of original, enchanting music, I feel myself immediately at ease and peace. Listening for the first time, every new track surprised me with more fulfilling and empowering messages that seemed to carry me more and more into my own sense of power, encouraging me to live my life to its fullest potential!

Nothing exists outside of relationship - we are interdependent beings. As we pitch a tent in the desert we may succeed in isolation, but we are never unrelated. A relationship will exist between us and the land, between us and the lizards, cacti, coyotes and sand.

So, to create synergistic relationships in our lives, whether it be in romantic relationships, relationships with our birth family, chosen family, friends, work acquaintances or others, we can only enhance our experience and journey of expanding outward into the world.
