Curious to know whose work has gone into the creations on the Spirit Circle website? We are Sean and Renée Deakin, owners of Earth Spirit Creations. Our company is so named because it encompasses the many creations that have come through our intuitive talents in connection with the Earth around us. Originally the gifts, products and services of Spirit Circle were a collection of items that were entirely created by us. They've now come to include other items that we've personally come across, believe in, and want to share with you. We're celebrating 12 years in business! renée On a soulful journey of intuitive awakening, Renée believes strongly in living life in sacred unity with all around us. With a genuine desire for inner peace and global harmony, she surrounds herself with a peaceful environment, nurturing relationships and respectful simplicity. Her Spirit Circle Soul Decks and other creations provide inspiration to connect with your authentic self toward healing, personal spiritual growth, and increased awareness of the sacred source - the Universal Oneness. Renée encourages others to intuitively connect with their own creative abilities through her products, workshops, and intuitive chakra/energy readings and balancing. She is currently writing two ebooks, which will soon be offered for sale on this site. The very website you're looking at has been developed in Renée's web studio, where she has been creating professional Wholistic Web Design websites for many years. Renée's journey has taken her to live, teach and work across Canada and into the southern States. Currently residing in the woods in a remote area of Vancouver Island with her beautiful family, Renée has devoted her life work to encouraging others in finding harmony, balance and healing through intuition. | ||||
sean Raised on the west coast of Vancouver Island, Sean grew up respecting and feeling connected to the ocean and forest, and all beings who dwelled in them. He was first drawn to soapstone carving as a youth, enchanted by the story behind a sculpture he was introduced to from Northwest Territories. However, it wasn't until adulthood that he would try carving for himself. As an adult, his journey of self-discovery led him to explore healing and growth through creativity. A friend and spiritual advisor suggested that he play more, sing more, and let his hands express what his mouth could not. He was given a piece of soapstone and told to "scratch at this a bit and see what comes". Many hours and a room full of soapstone dust later, Sean and his first Stone Spirit creation emerged. Today, Sean continues to honour the gift of healing that has been given to him. He shares his love for carving and for the inhabitants of the Earth through his Stone Spirit carvings, jewelry and other soapstone work. He also has received training in Pranic Healing, and writes occassional articles for the Spirit Circle newsletter. | ||||
